Return Eligibility

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of used items. However, we fully support you in the following situations:

  • Defective product: The item does not function as described or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged in transit: The product arrived visibly damaged or broken.
  • Wrong item received: You received a different product than what you ordered.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Attach photos or video showing the defect or damage.
  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–010 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Replacements

In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. We will always work with you to find the best resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
