Discreet Packaging — Guaranteed

Every order from Pygmalion Factory is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no branding, product description, or any indication of the contents on the outside of the package. The billing descriptor on your statement will also be discreet.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Europe: 7–14 business days (standard)
Rest of World: 10–20 business days (standard)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on select products as indicated on the product page.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
