To ensure your complete satisfaction with our custom-made products, we provide a detailed video of your item upon completion. This allows you to review and confirm your approval before the shipment process begins. Additionally, we record a comprehensive video of the packaging to maintain full transparency and accountability.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives with surface damage, we are committed to providing the necessary support to resolve the issue. We will promptly send you the required repair tools along with a step-by-step repair video to guide you through the fixing process.

Color Difference Notice

Due to differences in photography lighting, monitor color settings, and screen resolution, there may be slight color variations between the actual product and the images displayed. This is a normal occurrence and does not constitute a product quality issue.

If a customer requests a return or refund due to the above reasons (non-quality issues), the customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Upon completion of your custom order, we provide a detailed inspection video for your approval. Once you confirm satisfaction with the product, please note that we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges after the item has been shipped. Additionally, for in-stock items in Europe and the USA, we do not provide post-sale services. This policy ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the terms prior to shipping.
